only when i do chibi stuff, other than that, I do a blend of Sonic/Kingdom Hearts eyes with a small hint of Disney style eyes.

I tend to lean towards western/comicbook proportions so I rarely ever get the eyes that big without doing it on purpose. Big eyes do have their benefit of giving the impression something is young or cute-looking. But there are some occasional exceptions when characters with ridiculously big eyes can also be reasonably good too.
