why won't people leave a decent comment

Y'know not to be whiny or a drama llama but why is it sooo hard for people to leave a decent comment on an art work instead of the witty one liners like (cute sexy drools <3 n the like)
I try to put decent effort to make most of my drawings or coloring jobs as best of my ability as possible with the photoshop 2.0 I got (cause money is tight n such)
I barely get any decent feedback, and the few feedbacks I've gotten have been from non watchers about (oh how about commas and punctuation marks/ or the dumbest most irritable comment *did you draw/color this?*
I too try to leave a decent comment on the artwork I. See from others and favor their works
But sometimes cannot reply to every single picture I fave (not being lazy but can't always think of what to say) also I accept critique but if you are going to knit pick pointing out flaws a dime a dozen chances are I'll hide your post or delete the pic in question to not read eye sores
So I've spoken my mind now let the bawling begin XP

in most cases when no comments are made it kinda makes the artist feel like their hard work was for nothing IMO faves may be ok but a comment is valued more so to speak
its not you.. its just hard to think of nice things to say to artists we like
comments make me wanna draw more.. just sucks i dont get any ¬-¬
Another thing is that personaly i rarely leave comments mainly from a lack of anything meaningful or intelligent to say but also because it usually seems that new artwork is instantly swarmed by new comments and when putting up a comment there's rarely any reply from the artist which often makes me wonder if the artist even reads any of the comments past the first 10-15.
Now if i have offended anyone then i deeply apologize, this is just the impression i have gotten from my time here and its only my personal oppinion
sincerely

Meh.
I don't really care but I, too, share the sentiment. My female pics are the most fav'ed pics so it only makes me view that people just care about sex appeal. I can draw a cool male pic and only the people I know, personally, would fav or comment. I pretty much look at how many people fav said particular picture. And another way, if I draw Dio banging Felicia, that pic could be viewed at least 200 times while a pic of me drawing Talbain and Felicia would garner 500+ plus views added with comments because these are two known characters.
That's also favoritism. You draw what someone likes, they pay attention. You draw zangooses, you'll garner zangoose lovers. You draw sexy pikachu's, pikachu lovers. Draw foot fetish stuff, you get the ppl who like that stuff. Not saying that you should start this but that's society in these networks. Chick on MySpace or Facebook has 1000s of friends that she doesn't know because she showed off her tits. Whatever. And you say "hi" but she never responds.
Anyway, continue what you do. I don't comment because I don't have anything to say as much. I'm mainly just viewing pictures of people of who I'm watching. I just like seeing what other people draw. Usually I fave then comment. If I comment, I don't always fave but I do like to use a small line to joke depending on what's going on in said pic. You pretty much draw girls in different outfits. I can't comment on all of them because it would be the same thing. I would say work on your scenery to get the full effect of your whole picture. Some of your backgrounds seem plain while most of your detail and work is put into your character and clothing.
I also don't do pron much because there is so much of it already and got to give something to the imagination and drawing clothing is much more challenging to give them an exotic type look wouldn't you say?
