I Continue to Whore Out My Non-Art Endeavors.
I think I mention this a week and some change ago, but in addition to the many other things I have my grubby art ist hands in, I'm also now a semi-regular contributor to Geek-Life.com. Which is so far translating to "Grymm uploads a column every week and it goes live on Friday because Grymm is never without something to say about a movie he's watched because that what he does while drawing."
The section is called The surRealist's Review and its basically me putting my own unique spin onto movies I've seen. Be they old, new, mainstream, obscure, art house, or indie flicks. Tis fun, and you should check it out. My second article is up now for "Drive Angry" and can be found at http://geek-life.com/2011/07/22/the.....w-drive-angry/ . And my review of "Rubber" can be found at http://geek-life.com/2011/07/15/the.....review-rubber/ .
Tomorrow my review for "The Man Who Fell to Earth" goes live and its the best of my reviews so far I think.
Back to getting things back up and running after the past several disastrous days.
On a related note, anyone have an advice on what kind of wireless router to get for a household where the router only really needs to be capable of getting a signal across a house to a signal computer that's most taxing net usage is Netflix? No fancy schmanciness involved. It doesn't have to have an array of antennas that fire laser beams at mosquitos trying to hack my folders full of sexy latex fetish models. It just needs to do its job and be really affordable.
