So I've started doing more muscle building exercises as well as taking Nami for longer walks. Twice aday I do about a 45 minute walk with her and then go to the gym after each walk to do several sets of upper body and arm exercises. I'm really sore... In the mean time, my new job has been keeping me on my toes. I've starting doing the field trip programs and working with some of the snakes is freaking me out (in my defense it's head is bigger then my fist so). Dragon*con is coming up on Labor Day and after that's out of the way I'll be starting to get stuff organized for FWA (although I'm already behind on that I just have too much going on elsewhere right now).
