God Hates Goths? Wat. *check this site* ***Update

UPDATE -- It IS a troll site. Found that out after reading a few more pages. But that doesn't change my rant, as things like this DO make some people believe them.
I'm all for trolling if it's just friendly and funny, but to this extreme it's rediculous.

My friend brought this website to my attention. I hope this was just designed by trolls, and if it was, I applaud their downright lack of intelligence, because some people I know have believed this crap. The more I look at it, the more rediculously hillarious it is, so I figured you'd enjoy it.
Aside from shouting how goth people are all terrorists that want to worship hitler, they also say that they are closely related to Wicca, which is basically satanism.
WTF PEOPLE.
I studied Wicca for a time, and the people I met were some of the sweetest folk I've talked with. For those in it for the right reasons, Wicca was peaceful, focused on equality and rights for everyone, and all about being a good person to everyone. Definitely not the kind of people that "sacrifice human children to the devil."
And this website isn't the only place that feels this way towards pagans -- even my mother believes that a wiccan sacrificed her puppy when she was younger, though that idiot that did probably used the title wiccan as a scapegoat.
I'm a baptist christian, but I think that all religions that contain some moral are good. Even atheists and other non-believers could be good people -- judge people by their ACTIONS, not their RELIGION. I know a lot of athiests that I'd MUCH rather be friends with than uptight Christian nuttos. And the same for goths -- I was practically a goth in middle school when I went through childhood anxiety and depression, and I don't think that I could even pretend to be a nazi, haha.
Stereotypes do NOT make up the entire population -- the same goes for furries.
I know I'm probably preaching to the choir right now, but GAH.
And also --
http://www.godhatesgoths.com/petitions.html Hahaha "electronically tag all goths" petition. Really?

I think it is. Either that or someone's reeeeeaaaaally stupid. :B It wouldn't surprise me if it was the latter.
But that doesn't change my opinion. >:/
There exist such sites that honestly believe this crap, and troll sites like this teach people who are on the fence to distrust people different than them. It's sickening.
I'm all for harmless trolling, but this is ridiculous.
Thanks for commenting. C:
And I agree. If I were God, I'd probably have abandoned us humans long ago, with all this drama. Or, I'd watch it like a soap opera xD
But the ideas behind it ARE held by some people, and sites that are meant to entertain like this CAN lead people to believe ridiculous lies like these. >:/
I don't believe in a hell at all, haha. Any idiot who does things like this just gets reincarnated and stuck back here, in my opinion. That's a fine and dandy punishment, to me at least. :B
It pisses me off when people use Christian names for things like this. Christianity is not a bad religion, but I don't know of any religion that is. I'm kind of a theology addict, and love to study all sorts of religions -- Baptist-Christian, Wicca, spiritualism, Hindu, Buddhism, Islam, Catholicism, and more. Every one has some basic moral law, and they all overlap.
I think as long as you're a good person you'll go to heaven, regardless of whether or not you made mistakes or didn't follow the true religion. As you said, no one knows better.
I know plenty of atheists that will go to heaven before a few Christians I know will.
Same here. Last year, my lunch table at school consisted of a Catholic, a Mormon, a Hindu, a Wiccan, a Spiritualist, an Atheist, and myself -- a schooled baptist with random beliefs from a number of other religions thrown in. It was amazing to learn from each other, and to see our similarities in thought.
I wish everyone were that way -- judging by actions and personalities, rather than by religion. And those darn extremists, Holy Wars, and ect. are just ridiculous. ~_~ I wish we Christians could shed that past, but too many still believe in their causes.
