Or, also, I just thought, as far as art goes, try a new medium? Maybe pen and pencil isn't your thing. There are tons of types...spray paint, airbrush, oil paints, watercolor...and tons of tips on YouTube for each. And maybe go for a more non-real style. Something really out there. I have been growing bored myself, but of traditional 4/4 metal over the past few years, and was lucky enough to have discovered djent and math metal. Its really complex, abstract stuff...and sometimes when I'm just feeling 'that kind of staleness' amok, nothing hits the spot more than some shit that doesn't make sense to anyone but you. Let your emotions and thoughts run free, like water...you are the head of the river, and what comes comes, no matter the coherency =) *licks*

Your wisdom stretches beyond mere words! :) I've got to find some paints and try that. Maybe my problem is that I'm drawing too small, so rather I should aim big and allow my entire body to create the motions that express my soul! I have a feeling that I should remain in the abstract region for a while since there is nothing in that category that can truly be defined. Everyone looks at them differently and makes their own explanations! ^_^
