What's a good livestream?

I've been wanting to stream a lot. And livestream's procaster lags like no tomorrow. Is there any other program i can use that'll work with not too much lag?
Try either Ustream or JustinTV.
Ustream just connects to a camera source, and with ManyCam (Free to use), you can select your desktop as a camera source.
Completely easy :) But I'm willing to help if necessary.
They must've changed their minds on it.
However, join.me requires you to install a software to allow streaming.
And it allows watchers to call or take control. I'm sure Lostlove wouldn't want people demanding controls.
