Hey, I can assure you things will get better. The best way to cool off and to relive stress is to find your vent, for me its video games, painting, or pottery if that helps you any. One of the best ways to deal with aggressive or rude people I have found is to "kill them with kindness" meaning every time they are rude be professional and polite, this literally drives them nuts and puts them off their mood. One thing to always remember if your father never teaches you anything, then he at least taught you one thing, how NOT to be like him.
