You find out that classes start one week later than you were expecting.
...except that I found out by going to school and wondering why the fuck no one was there. Guh.

Staff could well go on strike for my first term, and if it lasts a few weeks I could lose holidays or everything will be tightened/schedule changed.
It it lasts around a month, my term could be cancelled, and since I have all full year classes, that's a whole year for me. xD
Not sure I've had the same experience before tho...
