It's been a rough week. My left side is getting worse. The night before my regular visit all hell broke loose The pain and inability to take meds Put me in the ER of two hospitals. They were concerned it was bleeding, but a CT showed it was not the case, thankfully. So they pumped me full of angry medicine, which helped with the pain but caused amnesia. For a short stint I lost all recollection of the past day. or so. Gradually it came back, but it was definitely a trip to Mars and back.
So in the end, I'm on a regiment of roids, which I'm not enjoying, but I'll gladly take them if I don't have to endure pain like that again. I should be starting physical therapy soon, so hopefully I'll get my left back under control at some point.
I also hallucinate, but I think that's caused by the swelling reduction. It's like my mind can't understand what the left eye is seeing, so it just makes up whatever it wants.

Well I get Infusions and a proper MRI later this week, and being realistic, I'm not sure what to expect. Something is going on up there. We must use our optimism sparingly.
