This past week has been really rough.
I hate being home I'm not gonna lie, being away from Nikki is so hard, not knowing for how long makes it even harder.
But I'm getting better, I couldn't eat for a while but I had a full dinner last night and a full breakfast this morning.
I've applied for about 7 jobs now, one of which I am really hopeful for and have a good shot at getting.
Full time work at the local wildlife park, seeing as I have already done work with animals / in the tourism industry AND the girl that trained me at the Doe now works at the park my chances are high, not to mention I wrote a kick ass cover letter.
I applied for my old job back, I don't really want it but it would be good money so either way.

Today I am going to go around the local CDB and do a resume drop to local shops, see if I can get in on any simple work like a checkout girl or retailer in the meantime while I wait to hear back from the wildlife park.

Then I have my physio appointment

Then I want to head out around Rotorua to take some shots of local attractions for my portfolio

last of all I want to see if I can track down one of my friends to be my spotter and take me fursuituing, in an effort to cheer myself up.

Sounds like a plan.

In other news, I'm thinking about doing iron artist once my drive to actually draw something comes back.

20 dollars for a single character, a simple coloured background and simple shading. Does that sound like a fair price??
