don't spread it further.
i'm usually too tired to move when i wake up then with an idea, so i just consider it a nice memory.
And for the inspiration part... well.. i like to do things at night... so 1 AM to 5 AM is my favorite time to do things... then i go to sleep :P
I am lazy, so only if i really want to do something i do it in the spot.. if not.. generally i take more time to do things :P
