;^; i used to get weekly migraines. The worst part was when your eyes started to defocus and you KNEW it was the precursor to the crushing pain and nausea. WAITING FOR IT TO CLOTHESLINE YOU.

Basicly! it's like temporary blindness before the storm.

It's basicly called an aura from what I've been told. it makes one or both eyes unfocus until you see nothing but colorful squiggly lines with your vision. and it fades when the migraine pains start to hit.

It's basicly a very annoying warning.

my mother has suffered these for years. She found it to be a combination of hormones and diet. I really wish you luck beating them back.

Weird question, but do you ever crave vinegar, or more specifically, salt and vinegar chips and/or hot wings?

My girlfriend had the same problems, and it turns out, this mostly fixed it. She still gets problems during bad thunderstorms, from pressure, but it makes a pretty big difference. Takes a day or three to really start working, but as long as you stay on top of it, it works. That's about half a year's worth, at that link.

Nah when I get migraines I loose all my appetite. And I sometimes can't bring myself to eat at all. Which is bad >.<

You seem to have the same kind ive got, Wich is called, Eye-migraine, starts off ya feel abit relaxed/dizzy.. then ya start seeing lightdots in the sightfeild.. makeing you almost blind.. easy walkin into walls & other crap..then it disapears.. and the first times i was like oh yaah.. finally over.. phew.. but that's just the calm before the storm.. then it strikes ya with the most exploding pain around the eyes/head.. And ofc.. ppl with migraine tend to, come up with special orders to do things to avoid gettin it.. me example. i Must wake by myself.. and no one may yell or fight (got some bros & sis's).. just chill for about 2 hours and have a nice big "Snus" in (swedish tobaco thing). after that its mostly fine.. exept avoiding bright lights.. like the sun. But then if i do WOULD get migraine, I got 2 things to make it go away before it strikes with pain etc. 1: take a No recipe needed migraine pill: Eeze, 2: Sit down and play Gothic 1 or 2 (know its weird.. but for some reason Gothic 1&2 is working great against it.. guess i gett really relaxed and such. / If it would hit, turn down all the lights & hit the bed.. try to sleep fast so ya have migraine While ur sleeping so ya dont have to bare with the pain.. altho when wakeing up uill feel like uve been really drunk.. & avoid walkin much since every step makes your brain or somethin hurt. blah. Maybe something of this ive typed helps.. altho im sure u do most of it already :p
