Yeah, apparently I'm going to Eurofurence. How the heck did that happen? Never thought I'd ever go. Too far. Too expensive for a con.

But..! (for those of you wondering how I even have the money)

1) I finally got myself a internship placement for the fall and spring semesters (with amazingly good pay - better than what I was expecting).
2) I have about 3 weeks from when classes end to when my work begins, so I figured it was a perfect time to travel! (with a bit of a loan)
3) The last minute booking to Germany was surprisingly cheap (and I wanted to go there since I missed going there on my last Eurotrip).
4) Friends overseas had time off work booked for EF (it would be hard to ask people to take time off on such short notice)

So there it is. I don't know how many folks I even know are going to EF, but I'll be around (likely on a short leash because I will have no phone to text with :I)
