I was at work and a lady came in looking for a whole bunch of costumes and props, and she was just tossing them at me to put in the bag for her. We get halfway througha nd I look at her and say "So, are you preparing for a play of is there a krewe party?"
She looks at me and says "No, it's for a movie we're shooting here."
Apparently they are shooting the new Texas chainsaw massacre movie here and I must say, this is the most awesome thing I have heard in awhile.
I am a fan of that series, even if it was somewhat cheesy.
The lady was really appreciative of my enthusiasm and made sure to get my name and my coworker's (it took two of us to find everything that she was wanting) and a few business cards so she could come back for more things if she needed them.
It was totally worth it to go to work today, even if I did get smacked in the face with a giant vibrator.
