Of course you know I don't write journals here very often, so if you care, listen up...
aaah... sun feels good, pouring on my fur like molten happiness, baking me to just the right temperature...
Enough about that, let's talk about something depressing x_X
Summer is quickly coming to an end, meaning school is starting back up and I'll be even less active than I usually am.
This year I'm taking a much different approach to my lifestyle. Balance.
I used to have something like balance in my life before I went to college, but the college life seemed to truly bring out the extreme side of me, leading to my failing grades and lack of enthusiasm for the military life I was going for.
That changes this semester.
I'm getting involved with classes. I want to pass, and, more importantly I want my scholarship back so I'm not in debt up to my eyeballs come commissioning time.
So that's that.
As for my furry side, i.e. here mostly, I'll be doing art here and there, maybe a live stream of my drawings when I get the chance, working on my electronic music as well. Going to seriously try and get my DJ stuff off the ground but I'm not getting my hopes up. I picked up a violin the other day and I love the way it feels, might be taking the family one with me to school to strum away on until I get the feel for it. Maybe cure myself of my tone-deafness XD
I'll still be in contact as much as I can, I hate to let friends, even internet and new found friends, go by the wayside. Feel free to drop me a shout or a note any time, but please don't hold it against me if I don't respond right away or don't drop the same to you. I'll try, ok? ~_~
As for Steam and gaming, well, I'm a gamer, I'll most likely have Steam up no matter what I'm doing anyway, just as a habit, so if you want to game go ahead and let me know and I'll see if I have some free time. More than likely though, my gaming free time will be filled with Halo:Reach and Assassin's Creed:Brotherhood on Xbox live, so if you have those and want to play with me feel free to add me on there too.
I think that just about covers it. Have a great rest of the summer!

I've got two questions for you related to furries and games. Is the AS team picture on schedule before the summer ends and how many members of "Discovering the Swarm" are furries? The latter question is out of curiosity
as to the second... hmmm... it looks like five. Several are players who I met randomly and added to my friends list, would want to play with again, and the others are friends of mine IRL who played with me at one point or another and I'd want to play with again.
That's a good ratio! It's great to have both furs and non-furs in the same group, it makes killing aliens more interesting
On the side note, I'm writing a story and I would be glad if you could check for mistakes when I finish. Of course, if you'll have a free moment.
