I would recommend a site called Elfwood.com. you'll find a lot of crazy dragon stuff there. but that's just a website, not an artist in particular.

I'm a huge fan of art trades. Although I'm right in the process of moving, so I may not get a scanned image to you, but you'd get an iPhone picture and possibly the real deal. That's even if you like my art. :)
