What now... + Progress

Some journals are personal, and some journals are business related for Kinzart. For everything else, I don't care.
It seems the more I work, the more I tend not to understand other people or people not understanding myself. If I'm expected to accomplish my work, how can that task be met if not for the difficulties already established? I don't get it, but oh well.
So ultimately I'm apparently too analytical about things (yes, analytical is a word, Google it (in which now Google is a verb, a proper noun, and I guess also a proper verb?)). It's just how I think. Artists may look at a sky line, see how the different shades of coloring are blending together and understanding how to achieve those colors on a paper medium (or whatever they use). A shopper at Walmart could look down an isle, see nothing of interest, and move on. All of this is analytical thinking and is used all the time, even without proper thought of its use. I just tend to be open about the total analysis process.
Another complaint that has come to my attention is the over abundant use of verbs (and some nouns) and adding -al to the end to turn them into adverbs. So let the list begin and see how many spell check (and Google, a proper verb) agree with:
practice - practical
analysis - analytical*
reverse - reversal
advise - advisable**
compromise - compromisable***
Ultimately, I'm tired of dealing with the bullshit that is out of the scope of most things while also trying to accomplish work, in which at times being the only individual performing said work, it truly annoys me when I get downplayed for taking breaks in indirect manors. I am unsure if my college time will be viewed as a vacation, a hell hole, or a wonderful combination of the two. In a nutshell, apparently being an individual who actually can see the world in a different perspectives seems to prove itself of more a crime more heinous than performing an actual reenactment of the German concentration camps with actual people and newborn kittens.
Now on to actual notes of progress...
Ultimately I spent the majority of what little time was spent working (the remainder was spent driving to and fro the hospital to visit my aunt during her birthday as she couldn't leave until the skin graph fully healed.) on improving the organization of the Naverous 2 system. There were a few formatting errors that were minor and easy to fix. I am still striving to keep the site as close to W3 standard as possible, and so far the reward from that feels rather nice for a change. The customer profiling system is proving itself a very nice add-on to the system and I'm sure will be welcomed by the users of Naverous 1 with high appreciation.
The searching system took me some time to understand, since I have separated the username into a first and last name. I looked up on some MySQL forums and found out about CONCAT. I later checked the MySQL references for string commands and found CONCAT_WS, in which I could of used CONCAT, but I felt utilizing the separator space with a reason was more formal. So now the searching system will operate a bit like so:
User enters: tiger
System performs: SELECT * FROM `nav2_customers` WHERE CONCAT_WS(' ',CUST_FirstName, CUST_LastName) LIKE '%tiger%';
Page parses information and lays it out in an organized manor for user to read.
Now I know some MySQL nut is going to look at the fields for the table and go "OMG!!! Why did you use CUST instead of CUSTOMER?!" I noticed that myself later on in development and questioned myself the same way. For now, I'm not going to goof with it but will make that my next step to better fix the formatting for that (as I also need to redo my data dictionary since I've lost it and can't find it except for what I've already printed out).
For now, I am satisfied with the work I've managed to accomplish for tonight and plan to spend much of the morning on the Bronies, then resuming work on Naverous again.

* - The reason for partial change in the word root is due to spelling reasons. The -al ending sound is still achieved. If we simply added -al to the end, spelling wise it'd make no sense.
** - the -able ending is still basically the same, but can be arguable in some cases (kinda like the word just used now).
*** - oddly spell check made 'uncompromisable' the correct spelling. 'un', being a negative term, simply means 'to not' and thus without it is perfectly understandable.
