This is was my workout routine for the day.
30min express workout (PF thing)
Military Press = 3(30), Inclined Press = 3(25), Bench = 3(25),
Declined Crunches = 3(12), Elliptical = 15,10,10 min., Squats = 2(10),
Calf curls = 2(10), Bear hugs = 3(15), Triceps curl = 3(10),
Leg Lifts = 2(10), Pull ups = 3(18).
Jesus Christ Im EXHAUSTED! @.@ *passes out*

Both, and even if i don't get on the show. I still get to be in better physical shape than I am now.
