I'm not sure where to go with Cream's little trip.
Some items that came to mind are:
A new wardrobe
multiple breasts (although they're still small it will become more pronounced in the climactic ending)
Feral (As in werehog esque/dracula with fangs and such)
I could always shove a dick on her. =P That's always a winner.
Suggestions anyone?

Multiple boobs would be a nice, though giving her da wang might be a bit redundant as well pleasure giving and receiving her tentacles gives her. But just some mosquito bites for right now XD
