Take the chest picture on the pillows and make some pictures of their rear ends then put those on wrist gel rests. Sell those as a bundle with the mouse pads.

While T-Shirts are cool and all, I think you'd probably see the best sales out of something simple and innocuous, like an art book. Something like "Behind the Scenes at High Tail Hall", it could show a bit about the history of the series, the evolution of the various characters and settings, a look at the puzzles, maybe a few stills from various popular scenes, a sneak peek at the upcoming DVD, etc. I'm pretty sure that over the years you've created enough art assets to fill at least a short book. Of course, there's no doubt that it would be a fair bit of work to lay out all of the pages and put everything together, and that takes time away from working on the site. But I think it'd be a pretty easy sale to people who want to support HTH.

Something to think about, anyway.
