Hello there everyone! Two quick things.

Firstly, a squee. I've just finished and sent the first draft of my doctoral dissertation to my adviser! There are still a few months of work ahead while he looks it over and I make revisions, but it still is a pretty satisfying milestone. I'm getting close.

Secondly, I've been pondering the idea of starting to post artwork that I've commissioned from other artists in my scraps. Historically I've preferred to keep my gallery here as only being my own stuff, but I figure if I post things I've commissioned from others it'll be a fun way to help more people see it and for those artists to get some extra recognition they all deserve. I intend to make it very very clear on each one I post that it is not my own work, and provide full credit and links to the artist's FA gallery and original submission if available. If there are any objections from the artist in question though I'll be happy and quick to take stuff back down.

So watch this space for commissioned artwork by other people. I'll be posting them probably in no particular order. It's the least I can do for you all, having not been doing much drawing of my own lately!
