What I want to Be when I grow up [HELP]

General
I often think what I want to do with my future. At this rate I'm really torn between a multitude of things and I fear in the end I'm just going to fall into whichever one is most available for me to practice. My partialness to one given career path changes bi-weekly
I want a job where I have some freedom and I have a comfortable atmosphere. Somewhere I want to work. Where I have a sense of accomplishment from my work. i want something that I can do solo of my own accord or for a company/institution. Something where I can gain employment wherever I go that has stability.
There are two things I have always wanted to do. One of them is an artist of some kind be it photography or fashion design, maybe even cinamatography or acting/modeling. However I have little skill and acting is a tough job to get though I would make a fantastic actress. Art careers are rough and with my transition I would not be able to support myself. I also have fascinations in the psychology field. I have always seen councellors growing up and psychology FASCINATES me to the enth degree and I am very intrigued to pursue it given the oppurtunity but I fear that if I do that job I will not be able to go out and have fun times for fear of patients seeing me or losing credability. Plus with psychology I could study where I live now which is IDEAL almost a must. Another idea is a computer tech but as much as I like the idea it is not something I dream of. My dreams lie in psychology and the arts... Does anyone have advice? I have two wolfs in mind who I could use advice from additionally and you should both know who you are.
ANY help is appreciated. It's coming time for me to make a decision and I don't want to be a callcenter agent my whole life (I'd be better off homeless)

Do you do psychology professionally? As in for income?
About being able to leave. Just keep your cell phone on you, or you could take on a partner and they could see your patients in your absence. I just want to see you happy love, and I think you would find great pleasure in knowing you were helping others to get through what you are currently taking such huge steps to strive through.
I never thought about the difference I could make for the transgender/LGBT community in general. That is really motivating. What is you're "AS" I don't know what that means. I would be interested to talk to you about what you had to go through for your degree sometime. I want to know what I'm up for. I've wanted to do this since I was a child
Well I had to complete all my prerequisites which is basic. Idk what they are in other states or in Canada. But basically I had to take English (I had to take more than most because I'm an English Major), Math (I think it's only up to basic math I made it up to calculus which I hated), History (one semester of US and one of European for me), Art (idk if this is a prereq but I took an art class every semester), Foreign Language (I took American Sign Language).
For my AS in psych I had to take Psych 1A, 1B, 1C; Abnormal Psych; Child Psych, and a course on medical ethics. I could open up practice if I wanted to but I probably never will :P
arts need money too...
hypnotist wise, you can try making ero files and sell them off. You will need guidance from some in the field
You can get a psychologist degree with a college education and a batchellor of arts. You may be thinking of Psychiatrist.
You can complete your pre reqs at a community college, but to get anything higher than an associates degree you have to go to a university. And to open practice on your own and actually be accepted into the profession you have to have a BA.
Felt I should be a little more clear >_< I ramble LOL
Also that's really motivating coming from you thanks a ton.
That's one wolf I wanted to hear from
You definitely have good communication skills, and also have a way of making others feel at ease when they talk with you.. this is something that isn't taught in schools .. some folks have it, some don't. You have it.
..but don't give up on your love for the arts.. there is always room for this in life.. <3
(sorry for the late reply, I was at the doctor having a few squamous cell carcinomas removed.. no biggie, all better now)

Been staying busy restoring an old building in a nearby town.. I'll post a couple of pics.
