AUP changes
The new AUP...as far as I can tell, does not effect me because I really just use Flickr now anyway. There's plenty of debate to whether or not the "changes" are good, but I'm not going to voice my opinion nor will I invite discussion on that one because it is irrelevant. Whether or not it is for the best, it is nonetheless done for, and discussion does not change that.
I put quotes around "changes" because, to me, it all just seems like clarification of previously existing rules, albeit with a slight bit less leeway behind them. There is also a very fine line between order and absurd totalitarianism, and newsflash: right now we're nowhere near that line. Can't even see that line from here. Everything we hold dear in our lives is due to three things. 1: Rules. 2: People generally taking it upon themselves to comply with those rules. And 3: people willing to force the rest of them to comply or remove them from the equation so the remaining peoples can enjoy what has been established. So I think people should just sit tight, relax, and enjoy this site with its rules. Rules are necessary, bitching isn't.

I have no personal issues with the AUP. I was a little annoyed that the site needed to ban cub porn, because it is mind numbingly retarded censorship on behalf of big business, but it was a necessary move to keep the site's cash flow running.
Everyday our governments, businesses, media, and schools; work to restrict, alter, or remove our rights and free will. And we just accept it, because it is easier, than to stop it.
