She has tiger stripes on her arms, and her paws are flesh colored, with a tinge of purple from all that hair dye she's been playing with. If you can, I'd like the background to be orange with with fish somewhere in there.

Either a traditional sketch and then line it, or a full-color and I can make some attempt at shading, but I dunno what the pic itself would be v.v
