I feel like a gamer again

General
Yesterday consisted of a 13 hour game session (Shadowrun) followed by about a 4 hour boardgame (Arkham Horror), and eating nothing but pizza the entire day.
I eventually went back home when the sun was rising over the mountains going, 'WTF are you still doing up?'
I'm seriously glad to be hanging out with old friends and family on my vacation now, because life is good again~

Glad you're havin' a good time!
Oh, and every once in a while, just stop and enjoy any good food you're nomming. Exercise those taste buds!
...I don't know why I'm offering advice on something so random... @_@
And, i'm trying to slim down, so i took up your advise, i'm eating kinda more slowly and feeling full quite a lot faster...
And, you offer it because you care =3...
Thanks, again XD
If you're actively trying to slim down, but don't want to do a hardcore diet, there are a good number of little things to help out.
1) Eat breakfast! Jumpstarting your body's metabolism in the morning will help keep you feeling more active during the day, which helps in the long run.
2) Drink plenty of water! Keeping your body hydrated makes cleaning your body more efficient. I could go more into details with that, but I won't be gross. Just take my word for it >> Also, if you usually drink lots of soda, drinking water instead is absolutly better. Consider this... every bottle of soda has the same sugar as a candy bar, but isn't enjoyed nearly as much (if you eat slow like I mentioned =P)
3) Save leftovers! When you feel full but still have food on your plate, DO NOT EAT IT! Save it for later so that you don't needlessly bloat yourself.
4) Don't stress over it! Losing weight will always be so gradual that you'll hardly notice it yourself. But your friends will, and people who don't see you everyday will. If you want to check your progress, look at pictures of yourself from months ago, not weeks.
