PAYMENT:

For sketches: Only up front
For linearts/color pics: Up front or half after sketch approval half after completion.

If the artwork is finished before final payments are made, the Client will not receive the original paint/drawing or un-watermarked digital image of the commission until final payments are made.

REVISONS:

On sketch stage: up to 3 free revisions, each extra revision adds 10% to the price. (not applied to sketch only commisions)

On lineart stage: up to 3 free revisions, each extra revision adds 10% to the price (If I have to redraw from scratch that'll be 50% more) .

On color stage: up to 3 free revisions, each extra revision adds 10% to the price.(If I have to redraw from scratch that'll be 50% more)

ABOUT DISPLAYING/DISTRIBUTION/ETC RIGHTS:

The Artist retains the right to display all commissioned work on any personal website, gallery, or journal. If the commissioned work is a time-sensitive gift the Artist may delay public showcase at the request of the Client.

The Artist retains ALL the rights to the commissioned artwork. However will not sell prints of your commissions or merchandasing unless it´s in an art book.

The Client can make prints of the artwork, and profit from the artwork (credit is required). The Client may edit the image as they please, I grant permission to get a lineart done by me colored, but I would prefer that if you´re going to pay, you pay me. The Client may also upload the artwork to their personal website or gallery, but credit is required.

The Artist may recycle sketches and preparatory works that were rejected by the Commissioner for other commissions or personal works.
