I just moved to Dallas/Fort Worth a couple weeks ago for a new job as a photographer. I'm actually living and working in Dallas and moved in with my mate, Pondit. So far so good. We were able to get it all moved out of my old place and up in about a day (plus a few small trips when I came to visit Pondit in prior weeks). Luckily had that help of Ty, Kedell to box, load and unload; and Foxie and his mate Ebon came to help unload.

Since then, we have just been working to get things set up (internet and power started, things placed, pictures hung). We are like 98% complete just need to hang a couple small things and get a few decorative items to make it look a bit nicer. I'm really enjoying it mostly. It is a nice place in good area. We are pretty close to public train station, which I have been taking to avoid having to deal with too much traffic (I don't like traffic that much).

I'm still trying to get used to the new job, and not fully sure still how I feel about it. It's a good switch as a photographer career, but still photographer. It is great to see my mate all the time instead of just weekends though. I'm also going to enjoy more regular hours (normally M-F 8-5). So I can plan more and a lot of fur friends in the area that I like, so will be good to see.
