Some people think that drawing is only for the student of Arts in Taiwan

But I don't think so

However My drawing is not very well ,but I always think drawing is not always the patent of student that study Arts

ahhh I see. I had no idea. In america no one really cares if you draw and they never really ask if you are an art student.

Agree. Art is for everyone.
But just look in another side of coin. He/she who asked this question might not intend to offense you.
Your works were so awesome that he/she though you must be very well instructed (by the art school).
