My body is no longer staging an intervention.... it's all-out mutiny. Borderline self-destruct.
The rash is EVERYWHERE. It burns, it looks horrible, and it is EVERYWHERE. The swelling hasn't stopped, the drugs haven't helped.
And I'm taking the hint. As of January first, I'm changing my life completely. No more putting crap into my body. Fruits and vegetables and multivitamins every day. No more sodas, water and non-fat milk only, maybe Crystal Light when I've been good. No more sweets, no more candy, only "diet" treats like SlimFast bars. No more saturated fats, oils, grease, fried foods...
I AM FUCKING MY BODY UP AND IT IS TIME TO STOP BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE.
360 POUNDS IS TOO MUCH.
...but I can't do this alone. And I don't know how to ask for help... Please help me.

Get an early breakfast, can be a glass of milk or a coffe, a couple crackers... I have it around 6am.
Eat 2 or 3 crackers at 10am
At 1pm have a good lunch, you can east almost anything, just small quantities and drink lot's of water... fill your stomache with it... you'll get rid of it off your body in the same day... and you'll be eating less.
Around 7pm have a glass of milk or cofee with another 2 or 3 crackers.
Have dinner around 9 to 10pm, a light dinner for you'll sleep after that and yor body needs less fuel.
Why all those crackers? Thay'll keep your metabolism working thus burning the fat in your body. In one to three months you'll see changes.. big changes (in my own experiences, my pants literally fell without a belt). All that without any excersize, if your schedule allows you to make excersize, the better, and you'll get results faster.

There are plenty of crap that's found in many foods that you need to avoid to better your health:
Dextrose, High fructose, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Corn Syrup, Molasses are a few that you really need to avoid dominantly and are the dominant source of gaining excessive fat along with health issues. The real problem is that nearly everything now has at least 1 of those ingredients in it. Saturated Fats are actually good for you in small quantities, it's Trans Fats that are the killer and what you should dominantly avoid. that's what would kill you.
2. Eat a large variety of Fruits & Veggies
you seriously need to keep a constant variety of Fruits/Veggies in your diet, not stick to your common. Of all Fruits you should lessen Banana intake. The most important thing in regard of cleansing yourself internally is to have a variety. Blueberries is known to be a skin rejuvenator (restores youth), so I highly advise you to take to it.
3. Drop any crap that you do that's known to be unhealthy
If you drink & smoke, kill the habit now.
4. Cosmetics & Bathing
If you're one that likes to go overboard on Make-up, cut it down to a sane level. Some bathing supplies might be having an adverse effect to you, so you should probably see about the body wash you use.
5. Exercising
Biggest problem with many is the lacking drive to actually attempt to keep themselves fit with physical labor and on a constant. At best, you should take long walks (1-2 hours minimum). You need to actually sweat to show that you are getting progress from your efforts. Doing any kind of working out is good as long as you get a sweat going, that's also why its been clinically proven that DDR is good for everyone and is attempting to be emulated into school programs to aid in fighting Childhood Obesity.
Drinks
Strongly suggest that you drink a lot of hot Tea, Green being one of the most suggested because of the high levels of Anti-Oxidants and you should only use pure Sugar or Honey in your drinks to sweeten it up. Coffee is actually considered a good source of drink as well.
Food intake
You'll need to get into the mood of actually cooking your own meals instead getting any that's pre-packed. That means you shouldn't eat anything that you can just toss in the microwave and nuke. You have to start eating more fresh foods in general.
These suggestions are not only to help you internally, but also to aid in losing weight as well.
I too have a weight problem, and I too am dealing and fighting with it. Praise God that I don't have diabetes, heart problems or anything of the sort. But it's my fault for mistreating my body the way I have. <:' But like you, I'm going to change my eating habits! I already have somewhat, but now, it's now or never.
Right now, I'm going to pray for you, that the Lord may give you the strength to lose the weight, not just to look good, but to feel good! I pray that the Lord will heal you completely from head to toe! I speak prosperity in life and health, and I cast down every hunger for junk and disease that is trying to take your body!
