Most of you were wondering what does the letter of each rank means. Well, here is the rundown:
D-Class: Delta Rank
C-Class: Centurion Rank
B-Class: Beta Rank
A-Class: Alpha Rank
S-Class: Sentinel Rank
SD-Class: Sentinel Delta Rank
SD First Class: Sentinel Delta First Class
SCA-Class: Sentinel Centurion Alpha Rank
Master SA: Master Sentinel Alpha
Next up to the list, I am opening up spots for Presidents of the five regions. I already covered one for Kanto; now need four for the other regions:

Hoenn: Flame Ragnarok; a male groudon who is is a muscularly built and can kinda pushes the students rough; being a man with a lot of rage to URA members who won't listen. he is he takes it on a sandbag to relief his anger not then do the disrespectful students to do push-ups, being one of the soldiers in the army. Wearing a dark red open jacket with an explosion sleeveless colored shirt with pants and army boots, having a scar on his eye which he can still open and see, having straight blackish grey hair
Sinnoh: Night Shadowgale; a male giratina wearing a dark purple robel dark red glasses over his blood red short hair, torn jeans and nothing on his feet. Mostly a dark personality who has a vampire-like accent. Mostly scaring the shit out of his URA.
Unova: Kyurena Iceglades; female Kyurem with long purple hair, wearing a sleeveless shirt that has ice printed on it, a vest, big boobs, shorts and boots on, having a cold personality but loves ice treats.
Johnathan Crisom (Crobat) former mayor of Goldenrod City and in a partnership with excentric billionair James Mukworth has not only kept the imfamous Red Dragonnairs at bay but also has insured the drop of crime rate down by 40% during his one year run as mayor and now hopes to do the same with all of Johto. He maybe short but that means squate seeing that he is the toughest law enforcer you ever done seen (sorry trying to talk texan given he has that kind of accent.) especially on crime and rserving good ol' family values.
