Lack of sleep and a lot of chest pain,been drinking to knock myself out since night quil and over hand counter meds dont seem to work

its most likely Genetic since my mom's side of family has it but according to her it normally disappears later in age.I seen a cardiologist in the past about it,im post to see him when it happens but again i need to save up to see him.
