On spetember the 10th 2011 I will be honoring the 343 firefighters who died 10 years ago in the most horrendous attack to ever take place on US soil. I will be running in a 9.11 kilometer run in my bunker gear on 10 Sept 2011. Come out if you can and help motivate me. If you can't then come by the gym in the mornings at MFM and watch me train. I would appreciate your support in helping me honor those heroes who gave their lives for people they didn't know.
