Irene came and left with minor damage to the house. 2 broken roof tiles, 3 minor leaks and a broken limb off the magnolia tree in the back yard. No flooding. Some barriers by the board walk burst down the block from me but the water and sand barely reached the corner. I actually had electricity and cable thoughout the storm. I even got called into work the afternoon of the hurricane, lol. Only annoying thing is our cable service got cut off at around 5 in the afternoon after I went to work. It wont be turned on for 2-3 days, don't know why since it was working fine after the storm. So I won't be on for a few days bored outta my skull.
