that's why i don't use comcast anymore, cause they suck

Well, at least it's not like verison. They cut off our phone and internet for no reason whatsoever, the entire area actually. We had no cell phone. No other way to contact the outside world except to ask a friend. The friend called them and they claimed it was a power line. 3 days later, still no phone or internet. Angry people call in and find out that they say it's a problem with their central core power grid. We get phone on the 4th day. No internet.
Finally, internet is returned after a week.

Apparently, both claims they made were total BS. Turns out they were actually updating the system without telling anyone, and excused it as a power outage so they wouldn't get in trouble for shutting off peoples' phone and net for up to a week. They were sued in multiple states for lying, endangering lives, and not warning their customers of an outage they were WELL aware of.

why does everyone else but me have issues with Comcast

I guess from a storm thing it would take like about a week from Comcast's situation even from storm's aftermath but don't worry about it things will be okay Blackberry Kyu~~ D=
