Another Car Accident, Not As Bad This Time.

I don't feel so absolutely horrible about this one, because it wasn't my fault and was pretty much unavoidable. I did not get ticketed, and my car sustained even less damage than the accident I got in back in February because our vehicles clipped more so than actually collided.
I was going down a highway at around 50 mph (school zone was not in effect at the time). As I was approaching the elementary school in the curve, a person began pulling out into the road and maybe 2 or 3 feet of the front of the vehicle was in my lane. The person stopped, after probably having seen me I'm assuming. I began -really- slowing down gradually to make a move into the left lane to avoid the person's stopped vehicle, but noticed by that time there was a car coming at me in the left lane. It was either get into a head-on collision or clip the front of the person's vehicle. After slamming my brakes on, I made my best attempt to aim for the window between the stopped vehicle in my lane and the car coming at me, but I unfortunately was fish-tailing too much to really have that accurate of control over where I was going. I ended up clipping the front of the stopped vehicle.
Luckily this time I was not ticketed as it seems I wasn't considered in the wrong. And as I said my vehicle is far more drivable post-accident than last time. My headlight is crooked and my right quarter panel is caved in, but that's literally all the damage I took. No tires will need replacing this time, and most likely no repair to the framework will be necessary.
I will say this tho: If I had actually pulled off that ninja move where I successfully fit right through that window between the cars I'd be like "Oh yeah I'm the best damn driver EVER!" >.>

FA+

oh wait, that's not the bad news... XD
Hey, just for fun... when you see a empty parking lot in rain WITHOUT any cops hehe, try driving your car hard around and try braking hard, just for practice and getting used to your car, unlikely you will need to know your car's ability's but just in case!
he was right, i practically in a Front engine - Rear Wheel drive car, in winter rain, spun out on a freeway exit (the butterfly typed freeway junctions) and as the JDM freaks know it "Drifted" all the way to the bottom without falling into the grass pit that would of totaled my brother's 06' Lexus IS250 (He would kill me, bring me back alive and kill me again) (then again my fault for turning off traction control) then again because i drive cars w/o it so i perfer it....
but yeah, its a good idea to learn car control, if it has ABS or not, tire tread remaining, and if the brakes are good,
and this is why its now a LAW that Tire dealers, if the customer wants ONLY 2 new tires, it MUST be placed in the back (to prevent fishtailing)
if this so happens to you alot, maybe try opting for the tires with a treadwear rating of 400+ and traction rating of AA? (on the front of course...)
