I just met a fellow friendly fur willing to take phone calls from anyone who is having any sort of issues (emotional, psychological, and things of the like), or just needs somebody to talk to. He is actually a really nice guy, and has been trying to start this up a while ago. It's 100% free (minus phone-call cost, depending on your deal and company). He's just doing it just to be nice, and just to say to someone who needs to let it all out, that he is there for them, and willing to help them.
