For any of you that have noticed any lack of activity from me within the past week, it's because I was on X-mas vacation and just got back yesterday.

And for some reason, every time I go out to Manitoba, I forget how much I miss my little crap-shack of a home and forget how much I really appretiate it.

Any time I leave it. The first thing I start to miss is the High speed internet. Out at my aunts, she has nothing but dial-up. Also I have lack of comp time anyway.

I start to miss my bed. Sleeping on a couch in the basment really sucks.

I miss my music. Everyone out there seems to all like country, and it drives me nuts. I NEED MY METALS.

I miss the freedom. I cuss like a trucker at home, so when I'm at my aunts, I have to censor myself. I hate having to watch my laguage. And also not being able to do other certain things drives me nuts.

I'll have to agree with my Grandmother when she says "...I look forward to x-mas, but I'm glad when it's done..."

Speaking of x-mas, In case you all want to know what I got:

God of War for my PS2, from my sister (kickass game)
A ratcheting screwdriver from some kind of secret santa thing we do.(It's an odd little tradition we have)
A calender from my cousin (she knows my liking for art, so she got me an Alchemy Gothic calender, and I love it)
And a sketchbook, mech pencils and Toffifee from my Grandma. (I think she was holding back a bit this year.)
And I got a couple of really nice die cast metal, model car banks from my dad. They are exclusive to MAC Tools so they are quite the collectors item.

I still have a few ppl that want to get me something so I'm waiting on them.
