Im only upset, because he/they broke the law, and didn't inform us this was going on.

no they didn't. this is not a marketing/sales website, they're not required to tell unless this was for sales related things, to which it isn't. it's a means of boosting the site's income for itself and by it's own means. now if perse this site required personal info to even register, then ys they would need to have said such. but considering all that is needed for this site is email and birthdate....not enough.

the group (viglink) only takes personal information from NEER. all that is shared with VL is the numbers his site (FA) accrues in the process.


Now if FA was a commissions site itself (as it once was back when i first joined, aka the commission info tabs) they would be required for this.

as said this is also only an 'experiment' that they were trying out to see how it worked, if it WOULD help FA at all, etc. people need to keep their sand out of the urethra and give them some credit for even TRYING to better thae damned site >>

Viglink gives them money to have FA allow them to track what websites their users are viewing.

FA is allowing Viglink to monitor/track every user's personal data.

The law says that if ANY website is doing this, you have to inform them. You can't just allow another website to track your users without letting the users know. :I
