So today after class, I got stopped by some nice people in "We'd like to talk to you about Jesus" apparel for some bible studies. When it comes to religion I'm very "meh" about things, but I agreed to join along. So then they started going over some verses and talking about a 'spiritual mother'. Still skeptical, but I went along with it. They way they interpret it is like...God created man in two forms, male and female (They didn't go over herms, c-boys, or trannies for some reason), so there's both a Spiritual Father and Mother. The Spiritual Father (God) banished us from heaven (Garden of Eden and such) and so we live this physical life on Earth. But since we're born with souls, this Spiritual Mother wants us to come back to Heaven (aka live our 'spiritual life' up there after death). They described it like a child getting into an argument with their parents, and they distance themselves from each other until they decide to confront and bond again as a family. So yeah, what a kooky buncha' nuts.
