I want to commission a tshirt design inspired by the movie Sweeney Todd. It would be a restaurant shirt (like this one: https://www.hudsonsonthedocks.com/p.....cts/tshirt.gif ), with the words "Mrs. Lovett's Meat Pies" around the outside with the picture of a pie in the middle with fingers sticking out of the crust, and under the circular part, it would say "The Worst Pies in London" in some fort of basic print.
I would either like to commission the shirt itself, or the artwork to have put onto a shirt by CafePress or SpreadShirt later.
But I have no idea who to talk to about a commission of this nature. Any ideas? I'd rather not spend more than $30-$40 on this
