well, taking journeys into the outer/inner realms can be hard on the body sometimes. i had a somewhat similar situation once where i was out in the woods gettin' deep in it and i drank some wild water. i was fine for the next 24 hours, but then i was sick for a week. i maybe think it was giardia.

you've got to decide for yourself whether it means anything. sometimes physical calamity can take you to places and show you things that you wouldn't otherwise be aware of. but yeah, hope you feel better soon.
