Just plain stupid

Some journals are personal, and some journals are business related for Kinzart. For everything else, I don't care.
I had reported an issue back with Linden Lab involving an issue that, as it now turns out, is a confliction between Team Viewer and Second Life 2.7.x+. 2.7 was when mesh API was truly implemented into the viewer, and so I assumed that was the culprit. Instead of realizing that perhaps other users may have the same issue and have Team Viewer installed, which results in not being able to make Second Life work (period), they claimed I was "breaking the CS rule about disclosure."
What the bloody fucking hell does that have to do with a program confliction?!
Me using Team Viewer does not mean I am sharing my screen. Team Viewer, as some (but not all) of you know, Team Viewer is a screen sharing application that allows users to control another person's PC to help resolve issues. That is what I use it for, helping friends and family with their computer issues. This does not mean I am sharing my screen at all, if they are assuming I am broadcasting everyone's IMs that are sent to me to everyone around the world. I take this with high offense that they even accuse me of such and not maybe realizing that I am providing support for other people, perhaps better than how they're providing support to myself and others.
The second thing was I opened this back in MAY. It only took them THIS long to realize that I found a bug with 2.7.1 and one Linden linked me to the 3.0.1 viewer as a fix. On normal support, they claimed I resolved the issue by logging into the grid. They also assumed I resolved the issue when I didn't respond during the week I was attending my grandmother's funeral.
I am just truly disgusted by all of this. If I never logged in since May, try to imagine what the KZK Tiger's memory costs would be? The Central Dragons? Maybe even (yes, I am going there) the Northern Dragons? (We are working on them, trust me) Try to imagine also where neither I nor Syl were on.
Yeah, that would be the scenario if I wanted on Linden Lab to provide a solution.
The real solution lied in the community, the forums, the people themselves. They found out what was wrong and fixed it. This is why KZK has gotten to where it is now: we listen to the best source of entertainment, knowledge, and trivia: you.
So to summarize: Linden Lab < The Users of Second Life > The Companies of Second Life
You guys rock. Seriously.
