In what situation is it okay for a manager to talk to others about things specifically stated in the rules they not talk about except with only the person that it is about? Why is it okay for me to be targeted as having a low productivity rate when the people you praise are leaving behind messes that I'm left to clean up? Do they see me as the bitch that will clean up their mess, or is it inadvertent? Should I not clean up there mess? No, I'm still going to clean up the floor of their mess, because in the end, all that matters is the floor be cleared by 5am. Oh, but it's already 6am and you're not zoning yet? Why? Well, that would be because I'm cleaning up so-and-so's shit they left all over the floor so that they could go zone. That's not my responsibility? Bullshit, it's all of our responsibility. What kind of team let's others fall on their ass to get ahead? Not a team I want to fucking work on. If I've got one area of the store that I specialize in, why the fuck wouldn't you put me there? I've told you that I LIKE working there. Why do choose to ignore that? That seems like bad management. Is it because you don't like me? Again, bad management. I FUCKING HATE YOU, but you're still part of the team, boss or not, and I will do what you say, and I will work where ever you assign me to work. But at least have the common courtesy to put me where you know DAMN WELL I am good at, not lie to my fucking face, and not favor others simply based on the fact you like them. Every system has kinks, flaws, and thorns that need pruning. You're time is coming. Too many times you've stepped over the line, and enough is enough. You will be dealt with, one way or another. And I'm not the only one having a problem with you. I know of at least two others that have been specifically 'bullshitted' upon, and at least one of those two is prepared to speak with upper management with me. All in all, I say, Fuck You, Paula. You are undoubtedly, a fat bitch who needs to be put in her place. Why else would we only have problems with you? Is it because we are 'ganging up on you', or is it because you truly have bad management tactics. You've ignored rules and orders too many times, and I'm sick of it. You disregard things we've told you are problems because you just simply don't care. Why? Because the blame will fall on us, not you. Well not anymore, I'm not taking your shit. You need to own up to your problems, just like any good manager would.
