I also considered the Honda Civic Hybrid but it's just not as efficient or techy as the Prius. I'm also not a fan of the new Prius design so I decided to go to the last year that had my favorite styling (2009). The car is practically new - with only 25K miles on it and got me the full coverage package - so though it may not be new, it's new to me.

Yeah, I saw the 11s and 12s and they have more room and I like the location of the shifter better... but they also have those awful looking rear lights ... and that odd dashboard that looks like it came from an ST:TNG episode. I just found this was a much better deal money-wise and design-wise.
