There's a site called Livestream where you can set up a channel and get the client and all that good stuff, it's super simple!

Well, yeah, you can select on the client itself what iyou want it to capture, it can do webcam, screengrab, even both at the same time. That's what I use to stream movies and drawings and stuff. It just captures your video card's output.

They provide that. Just launch a channel and it should run you through all that stuff.
