Well xnxx.com does a good job at organizing and tags are pretty good. They even have a furry tag...though I think the way I would go about it is if I find parts of the video I want to base it off of I would get screen shots. Also that site does have still pictures. I think if the positions I want my character I would want to have a screen shot of that and a reference of my character up where I can reference to. Maybe that is a bit elementary though if I really want to do something right I have to have reference.
