I think you should get over yourself, man. Delving into depression is not only dumb, but it's selfish. Especially at this point in your life. You have family members, friends, your drawings, all of that to look forward to every morning when you wake up. This life may not be much but there's no certainly reason to be depressed.

I've been depressed. Reason doesn't have much to do with it.

I'm depressed because I can't get anything serious done & I'm afraid to seriously try &I have a hard time even finding the time to do so. It makes me feel useless & empty. I may need time off from serious drawing, but that may just lead me to doing nothing at all. Maybe I need to think about it all. I just don't know how to do whatever it is that I am trying to do. I'm off from work in a couple of days so maybe then I can think more clearly. I just feel that I am stuck in a funk right now.

Well you sound lost above all, you should just give yourself the time you have off to take a step back and analyze everything, bud. We're all rootin for ya. :)
