You'd need some kind of spherical cage for them to launch at each other from... and assuming it's being hosted in a lagrange-point pure zero gravity location the wrestler with the greatest mass would win (by imparting greater momentum upon collision and therefore canceling his opponent's momentum and slightly reversing their initial trajectory. Of course, this assumes that the impact was direct and not oblique, that there is no further contact from flailing, and that the rules would state that the first to be pushed back against the cage would lose.
