Horray the new year.
FurtherConfusion is coming up rapidly, days are closing in quickly. Soon me and my beloved Fox will head up via Amtrak's Coast Starlight service to San Jose, It'll take about 12 hours, but worth every minute. Everything is set and ready to run just a few more days until then.
These past few months have been a slow one, as some people may have heard about the devastating Fires in San Diego County, yes I was among those who had to be evacuated. Uncontrollable flames were less than 2 miles from my house and as the rain falls on our still standing house I thank God for every moment I have alive as those flames were a reminder of just how powerless mankind is as a whole.
College is going slowly but surely manage to pass all classes, how about that?
Job hunting is going slow, as I don't know how much longer I have at my current employment as an IT Contractor.
A while ago I was selected to be apart of the Dystopia Testers Team which is a huge honor to be apart of, many awesome things are cooking up for version 1.2, after a complete change of development members. On that note, the map I've been working on for over a year, Tower, has reach build 76 and has proven to be a marvel in itself, a top contender for the Dystopia Mapping Competition. However I have chosen not to enter it in the competition as it still is nowhere near its final build. Like any other artist, "When its done" is when you really want to showcase it. While it is pretty and now weighs in at a heavy 40MB it already seems to be a favorite on the public servers.
Team Fortress 2, oh my gawd what a FUN game if you ever get the opportunity to try this game, do it. And if you ever get the chance to, hop into Cc2isCool's Furry Fortress server, its almost always full, and full of furries.
There you have it, an actual update!
And remember,
The Cake Is A Lie
